TBCAF is in charge of the implementation of the project. Established in 2005, the Tak Border Child Assistance Foundation (TBCAF) is a non for profit organization which aims to provide educational opportunities for underprivileged people from remote areas. TBCAF operated along the Tak-Burmese border: primary schools, secondary education; vocational training. The connections with the local and national authorities allow TBCAF to insure the institutional viability of its projects.

IECD is in charge of the monitoring and the financial set up. The European Institute for Cooperation and Development (IECD) is a not-for-profit organization that is committed to support social and economic development in emerging and developing countries. IECD aims to give every person skills to foster their self worth and act responsibly in the community. For more than 20 years, IECD has worked on the field, which has led its teams to develop an acknowledged expertise in vocational training as well as in the support to micro-enterprises. IECD started its operation in South East Asia in 2005, and has worked with TBCAF in Thailand since 2006.
